Taimoor has a degree in civil engineering with an extensive background in construction, land development, and housing projects. He also possesses a certificate in house inspection with high honors from Seneca College in Toronto, which included structures, roofing, electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, interior, insulation, and exterior inspections. He finished Part 9 of the Ontario Building Code, the house building envelope, and health and safety courses. Additionally, he has successfully completed a defect recognition course with the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors (OAHI).
He is an associate member of the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors (CAHPI). Taimoor’s qualifications, admirable work ethic, and great communication skills are at your service to inspect the property professionally so that you can make an informed decision. Taimoor is also fluent in Persian (Farsi).
